Short version: You give us your name, phone, ZIP and a few answers so we can connect you with one licensed California contractor for a water softener quote. That contractor pays us a referral fee. We don’t sell your info to lists or other marketers, and you can ask us to delete it anytime.

Who we are

NoKnock Water is a marketing and referral service operated by Nova Synergy Group LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company based in Albuquerque, NM (“we,” “us”). We are not a contractor. Installation work is quoted, contracted, and performed by independent, licensed California contractors.

What we collect

What you type in our form: name, mobile phone, ZIP code, email (optional), whether you own the home, your water concerns, and the best time to reach you.
Your consent record: that you checked the consent box, plus the date, time and page it happened on.
How you found us: ad campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example utm_source).
Device and usage data: collected automatically by our website and by advertising and analytics tools (such as the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Analytics). This includes your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie or similar identifiers.
If you submit through a Facebook, Instagram or TikTok lead form: the details you submit there, which that platform passes to us.

How we use it

To refer you to a licensed contractor and help schedule your quote or appointment
To call or text you about your request, as you agreed when you submitted the form
To confirm whether a referral led to an appointment or installation, so we can bill the contractor correctly
To measure and improve our ads and this website
To prevent spam and fraud, and to meet legal obligations

Who we share it with

One licensed contractor who serves your area, so they can contact and quote you. They pay us a referral fee. Once they have your details, they use them under their own privacy practices.
Service providers who run our website, email, forms, phone/text and CRM tools, only to provide those services to us.
Advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google), through the pixels and cookies described above, to measure ad results and show ads to relevant people. Under California law this may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. See “Your choices” below to opt out.
Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to data brokers, lead lists or other marketers.

Text messages and calls

If you consented, we and the contractor we refer you to may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Your choices and California privacy rights

If you live in California, you may ask us to:

tell you what personal information we’ve collected about you and how we used and shared it,
delete it,
correct it, and
stop “selling” or “sharing” it (opt out of cross-context behavioral advertising).

To make a request, email beyglobalventure@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We’ll verify the request using the phone number or email you gave us, and we won’t treat you differently for using these rights. We honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of sharing. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta, TikTok and Google account settings.

We extend these same choices to visitors outside California.

How long we keep it

We keep lead details for up to 24 months, so we can handle referral billing, warranty questions and legal requirements. After that we delete them or strip out anything that identifies you. We keep consent records for as long as the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards: encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access limited to the people who need it, and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

This service is for adult homeowners. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
